Villa Al Palazzaccio is situated in a wonderful position, high in -the bills to the north-west of Lucca. Located just 6 Kms from the city center, it combines proximity to the town with the peace and beauty of the surrounding countryside. The villa is surrounded by a secluded and very well maintained garden, lined with cypress trees. The swimming pool is situated down some steps on a lower level from the property, in a lovely position surrounded by terraces of olive groves. From the pool and the house, there are fantastic views over the countryside, with the town of Lucca in the distance. The interiors have been refurbished to a good standard by the current owners. The result is a combination of space and comfort, with modem kitchen and bathroom facilities. At the back of the house is a completely independent apartment where the caretakers live.
