How to make a reservation

Step 1 - email us or call us to verify availability

be sure to indicate at least 3 properties in your order of preference as well as your rental dates (3 sets of dates if possible, in order of preference). Don't forget to indicate the size of your party, including children and infants, and finally, your indicative budget.

Step 2 -fill in the appropriate BOOKING FORM and fax it to us

do this only once you have received our reply confirming availability or suggesting alternatives. We have two Booking Forms: for Salogi properties click here, and for all other properties click here.

Step 3 - Salogi properties reservations: mail the original Booking Form to us at the address below, along with your deposit check.

The deposit required is 30% of the rental plus $100 reservation fee.

At present we are unable to accept payments by credit card on Salogi reservations.

Upon receipt of your deposit, we will confirm the reservation in writing and, once the balance has been received, we will send you the necessary Voucher and Itinerary.

Step 3 - all other properties: mail the original Booking Form to us at the address below if you wish to pay by check, or fill in the credit card information on the Booking Form if you wish to use VISA® or Mastercard®, then simply fax it to us at (360) 886 2110.

The deposit required is 30% of the rental plus $100 reservation fee.

Upon receipt of your deposit, we will confirm the reservation in writing and, once the balance has been received, we will send you the necessary Voucher and Itinerary.

Please note: if your arrival date is within 8 weeks, the full balance along with the applicable reservation fee will be required at the time of reservation.
