What does it mean to reserve a "Budget Villa"?

Airlines often offer fares at higly discounted prices to Travel Agents, Tour Operators, Corporations, and sometimes directly to the passengers. This, as many know, is called "consolidation". We do not fly planes, we rent villas and apartments, but consolidation is part of our day to day business operation, just as it is to the airlines. In Marina di Pietrasanta we represent a large number of privately owned villas and apartments; you may reserve these properties choosing the specific villa or apartment that you find more suitable, and of course in this case you would be paying the full list price. Alternatively, you may reserve a budget villa, and we will allocate a villa of the category you selected, but by allowing us to optimize our occupancy, we are able to discount the prices remarkably.

Through offering " Budget Villas ", we are basically offering consolidation tickets. The villas and apartments you reserve are the same as those available through several brochures, but the savings are truly considerable. Furthermore, as with airlines' seats, it often happens that when you arrive at Marina di Pietrasanta, you may actually be upgraded to a larger unit than the one you reserved, or of a more expensive category, at absolutely no extra cost to you! Naturally this is not a promise, though it is a commonly occurring event.

Budget Villas - General description of the properties

Categories

We have divided the villas and apartments in Marina di Pietrasanta into two main categories: we decided to call them Mare and Campagna, but since the categorization is based upon the units' market value, you may choose to call them more and less expensive.

Villas and apartments Type Mare, are located within 1 mile from the beach,while Type Campagna units are located up to 4 miles from the beach; and since that distance from the beach equates to the Pietrasanta country-side, .....you guessed : campagna means country-side in Italian. And by the way, mare means...sea.

Layouts

Regardless of their category, Mare or Campagna, the villas and apartments offered in this part of our program, are structured as follow :

Units for 3 or 4 people: lounge/dining room, kitchen or kitchenette,1 double bedroom,1 twin bedroom, bathroom with tub and/or shower. Garden,balcony, or terrace.

Units for 5 or 6 people: as the units for 4 persons, with an additional bathroom (tub and/or shower) and an additional twin bedroom.
