Italian Villas, Inc. was founded in 1996 and is owned and operated by me, Paolo Viacava.
I was born and raised in Tuscany, and worked in the hospitality and travel industry since the late seventies. For several years I operated a villa management company on the coast of Tuscany, until I relocated to the United States, where I continued to promote travel to Italy, with a special focus on Tuscany and its beautiful villas.
I have many years of experience at arranging villa rentals, from budget oriented to luxurious, and I will be happy to assist you with selecting your villa.

We offer a wide selection of rental properties in Italy, ranging from Studio apartments for two persons, to large villas and farmhouses with private pools set in wonderful locations, accommodating up to 16 and more people.
The entire brochure featuring our best collection of luxury villas and farmhouses can be viewed or downloaded here.
Properties also vary in style: from rural such as in the case as most farmhouses, to country-aristocracy such as many villas. In certain areas you will also find contemporary living.
