There

availability of beautifully restored villas and
farmhouses set in wonderful locations and totally
immersed in the Tuscan spirit, amongst the
vineyards, the charming renaissance of Florence,
the beauty of Siena, the towers of San Gimignano

properties, where farmhouses have been converted
into several apartments. In some cases, based on
availability, it is possible the rent the entire
property as a whole villa, such as in the case of

FONTERNINO. All rentals are
based on Saturday as the arrival and departure
day. Outside of the main
season, which covers May through September, there
can be some flexibility on arrival and departure
days. For
several years Il Selvatellino has been one of our
most popular properties. Pievescola, the nearest
village, is an absolute dream with its very old
church, and one shop of every kind. Colle Val
d'Elsa is the nearest town, 8 miles away, while San
Gimignano and Siena are both less than half hour's
drive. There is a nice swimming pool where
occasionally clients may gather for an evening

a splendid location, a wonderful chance to spend
one's holidays in a beautifully restored old
farmhouse at the edge of San Gimignano , only 800
meters or so from the centre which can be reached
on foot within a few minutes. San Gimignano

typical Tuscan hamlet on the outskirts of Pistoia,
recently restored to offer individually designed
apartments which are furnished with elegance and

property is in the Umbria region, near the border
with Tuscany. Set back on a hill, in a working
olive estate overlooking Lake Trasimeno and amid
almost 100 hectares of olive groves, these lovely
apartments have been renovated from an old
farmhouse with great care and attention to detail.
They are ideally situated for a relaxed vacation
and afford the opportunity of exploring the area
